He's not getting 10k because you can reverse your transaction. I doubt he's getting any money from anybody other than chuds doing it to "support" him for some r-slurred reason. I wouldn't be surprised if Substack pulls it down tbh, it can't possibly be worth the cancellations to them.
You're right that he probably doesn't read the comments tho.
