Well, the Representative (Al Green) used the stupid phrasing that Trump needed to be impeached for "dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done" and that made me think of "dirty deeds done dirt cheap". There's also a meme about people mishearing "done dirt cheap" as "thunder chief", so I went with that because Trump would be the Commander in Chief in this context. lol
