Oh don't get me wrong rich people totally do illegal shit behind closed doors and can use money to cover it up, but it's just the "I'm rich and I dislike you therefore I will use millions of dollars to fund a gangstalking conspiracy against you" is ridiculous because it will require a huge amount of money and probably just not work. There has to be a billion cheaper ways to remove a problematic person from your life without killing them, like just frame them for a single crime or blackmail them or whatever. Not create a massive ongoing conspiracy against them.
It's like the poor equivalent of believing that this is what computer hacking looks like.
