It actually is, since it's an image of Trump signing some sort of ruling keeping mtfs out of women's sports, which Rowling supports. She's saying that TRAs are responsible for Trump and now they're getting policies they hate (but Rowling likes) - I'm sure she hates Trump on any number of other issues though.
