These people never understand the difference between male and female physical strength because they're all weak af and never exercise anyways so this is all super abstract to them.
I'm not even convinced the top WNBA team can beat the top (nationally) high school basketball team. I still remember when the USWNT soccer team scrimmaged against a 15-and-under boys team for practice and they got fricking trounced (as everybody, the women included, expected - it was merely for practice).

There are crap teams in corn country that are going to have a future MAC tackle or tight end that is 6-4+ 250+ that would look like Shaq in the WNBA
You get into city public schools and they will run WNBA teams off the court

We had no D1 athletes and had multiple 6'5+ 240+ dudes that could dunk. Those dudes would look like Shaq. A D1 athlete would drop 100 just fricking around.

College women's teams pick dudes from the rec to join their practice squads. Used to play in runs with them. All were decent basketball players but nothing special and were usually drunk frat guys
They all would say the same thing. In open scrimmages they would dominate so much the coaches would handcuff them, never call fouls on the girls and the girls played dirty as shit. The women could guard them and get set shots up but rebounding and fast breaks were embarrassing.
This was at LSU so not some scrub womens team.
This topic comes up on Reddit and drives me nuts. I genuinely want to find the worst high school team that can win the NBA, and it's probably a mid high school team

There are decent high school basketball teams that would win the WNBA.
There are 9 WNBA players above 6-5. None listed above 250. Most around 200. Just throw a dart at high school in Houston and they have two 6-7 guys went 15-13 and ranked 333 in the state
Any remotely athletic focused high school in the south is going to have several football players on basketball team that are going completely body 170lb chicks.
Not even talking about schools with 4/5 star recruits. The top end high school basketball teams would absolutely dominate the WNBA. They have guys that could play in college tomorrow and select few that will be in the NBA in 24 months
