I don't remember the exact science behind it, but we had a user who discovered you could actually switch your Y chromosome to an X by injecting some experimental drug in your ladyballs. Unfortunately they were thwarted by some bad faith chuds.

So my advice is to go find that lost knowledge and become a real woman instead of settling for neverending surgeries and hormones.
