Not real. Pure unironic pseudo science pop psych bs that redditors love for some reason, I presume because they think they're too smart to believe in astrology instead. Aside from the fact that thoughts aren't physical phenomenons that can be described as such and therefore it's pointless to attach a rating scale to them, if you couldn't visualize on some level you would not be able to function in daily life. You can also train yourself to become better at visualization. Any kind of skill that makes use of vision (like drawing) will get you better at this.
