The best part about women who go above the FDA rated 800cc implants into custom XL sizes is that the thrill starts to become normal after a couple years and they get greedy for more. There are dozens of oversized implant models that have said they're going to stop at 1600c or whatever they're currently on, only to end up 3000cc in a few years time because that boob greed keeps biting them.

I actually have a degree of respect for women who take implants to this extreme because of the sheer amount of dedication it takes. Unlike most implant surgeries which are a one and done + few weeks recovery procedure, reaching this size is a long series of surgeries planned months to years in advance. They basically insert the largest implants they can fit to begin with, then replace them with "expanders" after the recovery. Expanders are temporary but kept in for months at a time, with subsequent check-ups with the surgeon adding more CC each time so the body can stretch and adapt over time. Eventually the skin and tissue has stretched enough to accommodate the full-sized implants, so they finally replace the expanders with the final "permanent" implants. This extreme needs multiple stages of different expanders to achieve.
Doing it all at once is physically impossible so when you see a woman like this, you know that she was absolutely committed to achieving an extreme body.
