Well, I can call a rightoid an r-slur without losing my job, so I can't say that I agree.

I can call both leftoids and rightoids r-slurred without losing my job but I get that there are some jobs where you can't, and that would sure be annoying.

Does your job really fire people for using the r-slur against leftoids, but allow its use against rightoids? That is shameful!
