Elon Musk's DOGE Dealt Two Legal Blows in 24 Hours A federal judge on Friday blocked an attempt to put 2,700 U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) employees on paid leave and recall nearly all of those posted abroad.
U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols has now entered a temporary restraining order in the case, putting the Trump administration's plans on hold. Nichols wrote that the firing of USAID employees would result in "physical harm."

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer on Saturday blocked the department from accessing Treasury Department records that contain sensitive personal data such as Social Security and bank account numbers for millions of Americans.
The judge's decision said Treasury records from the Bureau of Fiscal Services can only be accessed by specialized civil servants who need them for their jobs and bars the Trump administration from granting access to political appointees, special government employees, or those outside Treasury. The White House says Musk is classified as a special government employee.

ways to let someone go without doing extra paperwork. If you receive a PIP you should 
start looking 
for another job. I'm the good boss who will drown 
you in work but keep you if you meet all the standards for that period

when previously asked why performance was low, 1 stupidly called the codebase absolute dogshit (true of all corpo codebases), and the people unworkable retards (also true of all corpo workplaces), so 1 became the sacrificial lamb for the mandatory 5% yearly cullthe reason 1 couldn't finish the pip tasks was a moronic architectural decision the manager had personally coded up 5 years prior, that product didn't consider despite it being a major product facet, and eng didn't catch until we were admin testing. this lead too a 2 week delay in a 4 week pip assignment, and that was thatbig tech salaries absolutely disgust me, the soulless way they limit our potential as a species with the shit info tech they capture the market with is unsustainableno amount of 'good corpo management' can fix this, the most you could be is a lesser evil. that doesn't make u not evil, however_____
