The most simple and likely explanation is that Republicans are r-slurs.
But I prefer to think that they're looking to a glorious future where all :!marseytrain:s are shipped offshore to a ':marseytrain: paradise', where they can receive inexpensive (because unregulated) trans healthcare, and no mental health treatment pushback against trans ideology.
