Here in burgerland we've all of a sudden had a bunch of TB outbreaks and a stat from 2023 shows that something like 3/4ths of all TB cases in the US are from non US born people
And it's like, hmm, we don't vaccinate for TB and maybe letting 250k people per month illegally cross the border may not be a good thing in keeping a disease rate low

tbh TB is easily treated with antibiotics today, it's not like we're in 15th century France
