Whenvever I log on the chat seems to be filled with indoctrinated teen Americans/bots regurgitating far-right propaganda from social media; why is this not moderated?
A lot of what is said would be classed as incitement to racial hatred which is a criminal act so I find it strange this is allowed on a public chat. This isn't Twitter and I find it a bit disgusting the developers don't prevent their game being used as an indoctrination tool for the far-right.
Mechabellum is a moderately entertaining auto battler created by a small Chinese developer. There is a "global chat" that anyone can talk in and it's a completely unmoderated free for all, so as you'd expect it's basically an Xbox Live lobby from 2006. Almost everyone just ignores it. This causes occasionally sneed on the subreddit.

The entire point of my commentary is to try and protect impressionable children from the violent hatred spammed on the chat. Its a PEGI 7 rated game and should be moderated accordingly.

It wasn't, you either didn't read the thread, are wilfully ignoring it or lack basic reading comprehension.

I would advise you to at least mention your entire point when crafting your initial post, it makes it seem less like you're just making shit up as you go along.
Assuming you're not just trolling me right now.

I asked why it wasn't moderated and expressed disgust this lack of moderation allows for the chat to be used as an indoctrination tool for the far-right in the initial post. I assumed the inference was clear enough and it seemed to be to the subreddit mod who expressed similar concerns, linked a reporting tool and advised solutions are in place. I could have been clearer in the initial post, I agree with your criticism in that respect, but the subsequent commentary is extremely clear.

It is unsurprising a neo-nazi criticises someone trying to prevent the use of a recruitment tool.
