I still dont know the entirety of whats going on but heres my best understanding:

-Its basically Spanish Temptation island where 5 couples go to DR, men and women all go to separate houses then they bring on 10 other chicks and dudes into the house to try to get them to cuck each other

-Guy in question is in a cuck off against his girlfriend and its escalating every single episode.

-Group of guys chooses to allow him to be the one who gets to spy and see footage of what his girl is doing in the other house
