He's definitely an obnoxious butthole, but, even if it isn't his intention, it's basically first amendment auditing. In America you have free speech including - especially including - advocating for big booties. If other people want to assault you over it, they can get fricked and go to jail instead.

Edit: In this case, deport them actually. For actual citizens, jail works.
