Ginyu can switch bodies with people and after a bunch of zenkai boosts he was outclassed by the saiyans and he switched bodies a few times and let Vegeta beat the frick out of him cuz he was gonna switch into Vegeta and put Vegeta in the body Vegeta had just basically destroyed but Goku throws a frog in the way at the last second effectively neutralizing Ginyu (until Super at least) and sticking him in the frog for years duh
It was in Super when Frieza comes back thinking he's hot shit because he got really angry in heck for years and beat Tagoma to near death all the time in his training world thing which also made Tagoma crazy strong
I actually can't remember how he got into Tagoma as the frog but Tagoma was a piece of shit and it was nice that he got robbed right after all of that
Anyway blue saiyans oneshot Tagoma ez and Ginyu is fully dead now
(I never really paid attention after the namek saga because blowing up a planet is peak (dope shit, Frieza) and marching a new guy out saying his power level is 10,000,000 is irrelevant, like wow who gives a shit you're ten times stronger, at the end of the day you can both blow up planets, so it's pretty much immaterial, saiyans can't breath in space)
