Yeah, the vast majority of people up here are at at least indifferent to pronoun nonsense with the bulk of those at least quietly hostile to it.
I've got a very standard male name like Mike or Kyle and remember when my company started to roll this stuff out a few years ago some lady started off a call with "Hi Kyle, what are pro-" and by instinct I just interrupted with "I'm a dude. Just a dude, thanks." That was the last I had to deal with this stuff in directly.

I can't be indifferent to it because it only took them a year or so to start mandating it, whether directly or indirectly in some workplace

Double infuriating because I remember a period of time when even redditors denouced this tumblr shit but then suddenly backpeddalled and instantly accepted it..
Also, this thing was spawned during the woke triple era of BLM, rona and trans... Literally couldn't scroll past social media without seeing trans flags or BLM shit
