Depends on if he's able to knock out his most likely competitors. Zaluzhny would slam-dunk him for example. Poroshenko could also challenge him now even with his corruption charges despite being btfo'd 3:1 last time. If he's able to get rid of his worst match ups and leave the field filled with Timoshenkos and the like then yeah he should win by default.
