There's definitely still enough visual artifacts that give them away, but they've easily reached a point that they can fool the average person who doesn't look critically.

Look at the right pillar in the first few seconds, you can see it subtly warp when a structure like that should remain solid even as perspective moves.

0:21 you can see the hieroglyphs shimmer and destabilize as the camera moves.

Even before conciously noticing any artifacts my brain screamed at me that something was wrong and unnatural. I dont think I'm some kind of hyper aware person and I'd wager that most people would have a similar reaction.

I feel like the technology at this point is only able to render things that are supposed to feel unnatural and dreamlike.
