They actually understand feminism. They are usually bankrolling their family so they put in the work.
But the main reason is it infuriates all the indians who work at the associated vendors when i have a persian woman leading the call.
My job is basically getting these people to play ball. Pissing them off so i can request the actual A-team after citing their poor behavior has been a fantastic strategy.
