Call me crazy, but maybe this was the actual intent. You can't tell me that President Musk and First Lady Trump don't have friends that run giant conglomerates that scarf up massive amounts at real estate. This would save them millions.
Yes buying homes for $1-3 million dollars en masse is truly a winning play.
That is wildly a misleading article--the spring market is just getting started after 6 weeks of horrendous weather and persistently high interest rates. it was better than NYC, LA, Chicago, thats for sure butt I jist didnt like all the hobos and police everywhere.  I literally saw a capitol hill cop shove an old lady to the ground bc she wasnt moving fast enough, butt besides that and the museums/monuments i didnt care for it.  I also had to do some work while I was there mixed and i hated having to navigate traffic there as it is so unpredictable and rhey also sent me a speeding ticket from cameras, which ive never had happen to me.before bc they dont do that where im from.  Also the spy museum was shit and the most expensive one, dont go to that.
