The Gainesville Intermediate School was aware Carranza was being bullied and mocked by students who told the young girl she would be left alone when her parents got deported. It had gotten so aggressive, Carranza was meeting with a school counselor multiple times a week. Her family, however, was never notified.
The school decided not to loop in the parents (Likely to avoid making themselves look bad) and it ended in the death of a child. Naturally everyone blames Trump for this instead of corrupt administrators and teachers

I just don't buy the bullying being so bad to the point of her killing herself and she didn't mention it to the parents once. Something seems off with the story.

Honestly there was probably messed up stuff going on at home too. I could be wrong of course, but you're not often losing kids to suicide that have a solid, supportive home life.
It's very sad either way. Kids can be very cruel, and don't always understand the damage they're could be doing if their target is already emotionally unstable.
