Where is a good source that states otherwise? I know you like to jump the boat on these r-slur claims and I cannot for the life of me find a solid source that Truth blocked Ukraine. It also makes far more sense for ukraine to block Truth.

It's a page from Truth and it's served using their TLS cert. The block is by Truth.

IP block would result in a redirect to a block page or a routing error. You know when you try and visit gay furry porn sites and it's blocked? That's because your dad stuck a block on those sites because he isn't comfortable with you living in his basement looking at that shit. The block page is served by the router, he didn't ask the gay furry porn site to do it.

I legitamtely do not care. I would accept the possibility that Truth is actually still allowed in Ukraine and it was down for maintenance and r-slurs went full :marseyschizotwitch: . In fact that is the most likely. Truth blocking the Ukraine is just the most nonsensical and least likely. Ukraine blocking Truth is somewhere in between.
