It seems like my account was recently hacked. For example does this seem like something I would post?

Obviously that was someone else. And they have changed my password recently which has prevented me from gaining access. I have tried to contact the jannies but I was unsuccessful in reaching them because I am banned from messaging them for some reason. Who do I get in touch with to regain access to my account?
