Rheinmetall literally refuses to build anything without a contract because the German government has burned them so many times, and the German government refuses to sign a contract because they worry Rheinmetall might somehow jew them out of a lot of money.
Literally only buy Nordic or Finnish MIC companies in Europe. Everyone else is too dinosaur to do anything, or dump money into Korean MIC companies

What Nordic MIC? Sweden has been declining for a long time and despite their militarization Finland doesn't actually R&D much. The rest of the nordics are complete non-players known for buying American. France dwarves the entire region. Pretty sure even the Italian MIC does.
