I've lost 13lbs so far based on a recommendation to use Cronometer for calorie counting from this website!

It looks like it was a p-do apologist but Frozen mentioned it too so I'm giving her the credit! Enjoy a paltry sum of dramacoin queen! :marseykingcrown: :taycrown:

Why do you need an app? Just eat less. And when you do eat, eat mainly protein

I was already eating pretty decently with my “diet by intuition” but there’s plenty of foods I’ve ran into I would have vastly under estimated the calories if I didn’t check the app first.

This app in particular gives you a good idea of the vitamins and minerals in your food as well, which I have no clue how you can tell by intuition.

Calorie counting is really good because it tells you what you should eat more of and less off over time so you’ll prioritize having lower calorie meals. Like for example if you ate too much yesterday having nothing but cereal today would be a good way of counterbalancing that
