The groomercord provided garbage suggestions because people there are unable to get their heads around the difference between a groomercord reaction and old butt forum emote things.
Submit requests for things to use. Like

Unironically please don't turn emoticons in to emojis (or at least let us disable that). I hate the gay butt emojis on most websites and my primary emoticon is ;3
Of course now I've told you this, the most dramatic thing to do would be to force me to have emojis always. Like some kind of bot that makes you post an emoji in every comment or get yall'd...
That would be pretty r-slurred though, I can't imagine any website being dumb enough to make that a reality
