idk man, last I checked the common definition of “woman” wasn’t “someone who is attracted to women”, but a whole lot of people define “furry” as “someone who is attracted to anthro animals” (or the classic “someone who likes anthro animals”, but you and I both know what “likes” actually means) and not “an anthro animal”.

It depends if your definition of furry is roughly "Fan of anthropomorphic animal characters" or "Member of the furry fandom". The first is more broad but applies to anyone remotely furry, the second excludes anybody that doesn't want to associate with the degenerate side of furrydom or is just a fan of the characters or art.
