the last time you linked this site i poked around on it for a bit because i always thought it was just an E6 clone but i quickly realized this shit is made to keep anyone but autists out, the tag system is dogshit and nearly unusable, and basically everything is behind a filter

tag system is dogshit and unusable

How is the Booru on Rails / Philomena tag system worse than E6? That's the opposite of the usual reaction I see, where people say "the one good thing about bronies is that they can make usable websites, unlike E6 and AO3"

it has no autofill like E6 does (at least now) and the tags are weird and vague most of the time, it kept telling me that certain ones were only two letters (i.e: rainbow dash was listed as RD, but others didnt make much sense) and then even typing those in, it didnt work. then, when it DID work, it only returned one page of results, i had to specifically do "rainbow dash" to get more than one page of results, so there was 2 different tags for one character, which should be merged. on top of that the overuse of filters is fricking nuts. "suggestive", "grimdark", "semi-grimdark", "nsfw". i know that bronies suffered a twittoid infestation in the later years but why so fricking many filters? im sure theres more than what i listed

im talking about derpibooru here

You can turn off the filter even if you're not logged in. The link is in the top navbar next to the registration and login links. No idea where it is for phonecels.

Apparently, the default search results are only 15 images per page for logged-out users. I'm confused why RD didn't work. I tried that in both the upper and lower cases and the alias worked both times.

If I ran into this dude, first thought would be to GTFO. I have no desire to blown to smithereens if he disagrees with my sandwich topping choices. Second thought would be what is he over compensating for? Is his ego (and various other parts of him) really that tiny and fragile?
