Just eyeballing, lmao. People consider DEXA scans as the "gold standard" but they're easily fallible too depending on time of day, water retention ETC.
Skin fold tests with a competent measurer are the best IMO, problem is that's a variable that changes test to test.
Stage ready bodybuilders are roughly 5-9% (5 on the extremely elite end). Vital/essential fats are roughly 3-4% for a man, you can't be leaner than that without being dead.
I just add 5% to quoted numbers for someone who's fit, and double what a regular idiot claims his BF% is.
Colloquially with how people cite BF you probably are 15%, and I'd be 10%. You can't know the actual BF short of vivisection though, these are all just estimates. Just cut hard, bulk lightly when you do, and use abs to gauge your BF%.
I'm also completely r-slurred, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Woman only really care about you being taller than them, 5'6" is pushing it, but being shredded and not a complete neurodivergent helps.
There's no filter frickery, even right by the mirror to be as unflattering as possible. I think I have solid ab insertions, everything else needs improvement.
I'm going to hop on test around June, or just try a SARMs cycle with a very mild bulk. Seen too many guys just use bulking as an excuse to binge though.

Tofu with all the high calorie sauce you want, and vegan chocolate protein shakes, the Simple Orgain powder is so good I legitimately eat it raw for breakfast some days.
I generally just use generic Asian market soy sauce at 5 calories a tablespoon, before I cared about calories I used to use a ginger root sauce recipe that was legitimately adding 300-400 calories to a block of tofu.
It's very easy to be a fat vegan if you want.
