IIRC some registrars offer a privacy protection service so you can give them your actual contact info, but in the Whois records it will show an address belonging to the registrar. Then if they get contacted they'll forward that message to you.

Pretty sure this post is one of us though, as someone said in the (((cp.win))) comments it doesn't match the actual Whois record.

Usually you just pay your registrar to use their info for the whois as a "privacy service" so i assume theres a company based out of Israel which is able to do it like this
