it's the basis for all gender-related legislation since biden stepped into office, starting with the hilariously named “Equality Act” that Biden signed on day one.

“S*x” was replaced with “gender identity” in law, and under self-ID, as we have now, this means any boy can say he’s a girl and any man can say he’s a woman, and he:

1)has access to female restrooms

2)has access to female locker rooms, where he is legally allowed to be naked, regardless of zero transition

3)if he commits a crime, he will go to women’s prisons, again regardless of any transition

4)can be on women’s sports teams, regardless of any transition or physical advantage

5)has access to women’s scholarships and set aside political positions, leading to a historically female political position going to a non-binary white dude sporting a boner in a dress taking a women’s position by beating out a black woman

6)he will be statistically counted as female in law. This means crime statistics get skewed, as do medical records in federally funded hospitals. This particularly negatively impacts women, but really it impacts on everyone

7)misgendering him in any government institution becomes a violation of his civil rights. This means a male male feminist has the right to compel his victim’s speech (which is perjury, I might add) in court

For the life of me, I cannot understand the leaps of logic for anyone to think “this is a good thing”

And of course women support losing their rights more than men. Women are raised to put their needs last and be cheerleaders for men, especially, and of course to listen to sob stories, which is how male abusers manipulate their victims- something which is now happening at a societal level. Women furthering their own oppression because they’ve been raised to do so is not the trump card you think it is.

Men can now, by virtue of the speech act “I am a woman,” practice their predations under protection of the law at any time. This was accomplished by the gutting of an act meant to protect female people from discrimination.

Do you know why? Because the hotel billionaires the Pritzkers funded Obama’s and Biden’s campaigns. Did I mentioned trans woman Jennifer Pritzker is a Republican? Why oh why would they be funding their opponents’ campaigns? Could it have to do with the promise to sign a certain executive order gutting women’s rights on Biden’s first day in office?
