They don't disqualify you from a hypothetical draft. They (and ADHD meds) disqualify you from voluntarily joining the military currently. If somehow the draft actually came back, they'd already have gotten rid of those disqualifiers. When we needed bodies during the Surge, standards dropped to rock bottom.
