Other than edge cases such as trying to rebuild your face after an accident, plastic surgery is an evil, exploitative profession and I say that nonironically. At best you give someone thousands for a dangerous surgery that has no practical effect on your life. At worst you get mutilated and have to live with that for the rest of your life like ITT

A lot of women could benefit immensely from some cosmetic surgery. They usually only do r-slurred shit like this, though, and it’s also usually only ones who don’t need it.
