Both are wrong but the dude involved everyone working there that wasn't involved calling them all slurs and threatening a minority female to wait outside of her minimum wage job to do violence onto her.... over some chicken. I'd say it's not the same.
I’ve never threatened to kill a minimum wage worker with death for getting my chicken order wrong. I’d at most ask for a refund then not shop there again. Or I’d just eat the wrong order and then not shop there again because it’s all toxic garbage food anyway. But that’s just me I guess.

I tried them once and the food was utter shit, just terrible. KFC is shit now as well I think they all went to shit when the government banned the really bad frying oil. I remember going to Scott's Chicken Villa when I was a kid (many people don't know that Colonel Sanders moved to Canada after he sold KFC and opened Scott's Chicken Villas here).. on Sunday they had all you can eat buffets and it was so awesome.
