SRDines discuss the state of rDrama - Day of the Can™️ when?

https://old.reddit.com/r/SubredditDrama/comments/od75cx/comment/h40l7ky?sort=controversial

> Overall sub is extremely centrist, with people dedicated to making fun of people who create drama or engage in drama. Everything is ironic there, nothing is sacred

So right wing then, yep. If you punch up and down equally, then practically you punch down. It's like saying "Hey I punch handicapped people just as much as I punch fully abled people, why are you saying I'm hurting anyone?"

powerful srd moment

it strikes me as people who want to be on 4chan but are too afraid of going to 4chan

How does an internet comment make me want to choke someone till I watch their pupils stop moving around and their spasms end this much?

The ironic thing is that 4chin died years ago to samestragging, tradcaths/poltards, and people who think "this is 4chan therefore I'm very smart". The only people who hold it in reverence are the ones caught up in its reputation; it was just a shitposting site

Unironically, rdrama is 1000x better

If you filter Shonenspics, Madokatards and Kinospammers /a/ is still a very enjoyable board. Tbh anything outside of the "big" boards everyone r-slur thinks of when the name 4chan gets dropped is still ok.

It's a darn shame too. Fricking /pol/tards ruined everything imo. It's undeniable that old /b/ shaped everything we know about internet culture for so many years and you can hardly name a meme or internet story that didn't have roots on 4chan. And tbf you'd have to mention somethingawful as well since they had a big influence on the internet for a shorter, but still significant time period.

I know this is whiny oldstragposting but I miss those days and am coping with the fact that they'll never come back.

Obligatory "/b/ was never good," but yeah, I miss the golden days, too.

It's people who want to be on 4chan in 2008 before the shemales took over and cucked the shit out of it.
