This’ll be unpopular, but I’m not sure how different HCA is from FPH in this approach. Plenty of sidebar messages saying “totally don’t harass people you guise”, but… if you run a community that winks at it (and posts easily-identifiable screenshots of people’s accounts on Reddit or elsewhere) that kind of thing happens.

You're only allowed to have "civil disagreements" like some kind of posh lily white colonizer in a top hat.
