H=hit
S=stand (stay)
D=double down (waiting on codecels, so N/A for now)
S=split (same)
R=surrender (same)
DS=split and double

Since we can only hit or stay right now if the suggested action is D, S, R, or DS I should hit anyway because why not? Trying to understand how to apply this to our goombling game since I suck at it & am not good at cards in general.

Here is the rdrama very-limited-function rule of thumb:
If you have 10 or under, always hit.
If the dealer is showing an 8 through Ace, always hit until you get to 17, even on numbers as high as 16. It will hurt a lot but that's the right call statistically.
If the dealer shows a 3, 4, 5, or 6 and you have 11 or lower, hit. If you have 12 or more, stay. 3-6 are "bust cards."
The dealer is likely to go over since most rules say the dealer has to keep hitting until they hit 17.
Pretend the bottom of the chart with Aces doesn't exist, since most of those scenarios only apply when you can split and/or double down which isn't supported YET.
