Funny u said that cuz I just looked into that and it appears yes, but I haven't tested it yet

Originally how I did it was there was you could submit a post request to Rdrama.net/toggle_club to toggle the club. The cc option was removed in the UI for non admiggers but the ability to toggle it was still available on the back end.

Our beloved 👁 🚐 fixed that :marseyantischizo: so now it checks admin levels before allowing that

But looking at it it doesn't seem like there's anything preventing you from doing it when submitting a post, it only prevents you from toggling on an already submitted post
