Ultimately racism is the default for most human beings, as we're inherently tribal due to our history as a species before agriculture was invented. Ten thousand years ago you knew you had brown eyes, you knew all the people around you had brown eyes, and you knew the guys that lived across the river had green eyes, which meant they were the spawn of the devil and you were therefore completely justified in trying to take their women and kill their men to be able to have more children and find more food. Resource scarcity favored this kind of black and white thinking, so people evolved in that direction.

First world education systems are designed to remove that racist instinct, favoring multiculturalism (for cheap labor) at the expense of leaving the individual rootless as it psychologically destroys one of the key factors that make up one's own identity. This, in turn, leaves rootless individuals vulnerable as they still have a psychologically hard-wired yearning for a tribe to belong, hammered into them by millions of years of evolution that taught us that trying to face the world alone dramatically decreases our survival chances as a hunter-gatherer species.

So this neo trans thing is a way for people to find community where there is none. Lonely, isolated males that get preyed upon by ideologues to bolster some social cause that the rest of society is too polite to say it finds utterly disgusting. Normal, well-adjusted people are inherently more resistant to this as they have a place to belong. That's also a reason why most serious drug addiction gets worse over time, that heroine needle causes the people who know you to eventually give up on you, which in turn makes the heroine all that more enticing as baseline reality becomes more unbearable...

There are a lot of things that can be explained by realizing that we're still a species meant to work in small communities being forced to adapt to live in megacities and deal with mind bogglingly complex systems, and the alienation that comes from that. Wolves turned into dogs after 10000 years of domestication by completely altering the environment they lived in, it would be foolish to believe human beings were not altered in a similar way. That's why australian abos have an average IQ of 60 while South Koreans have an IQ of 110, the former never changed while the latter were self-domesticated by thousands of years of living in increasingly more complex societies, which in turn led to an increase in neuroticism.

But going back to the topic, some real transgender people must exist, the mind can suffer all sorts of illnesses and deformations, but I believe they're maybe 1 out of 10, the rest being self induced autogynephilists. I believe all these mental illnesses popping up lately are in great part induced by the growing pains of a species being forced to adapt to an environment that changes too rapidly for evolutionary forces to keep up.
