Basically instead of chosing the protagonist, the girl of the gang decided to go live with the mascot of the group and gave birth to 42 fly-mice hybrids. A comparison I've seen a lot is people comparing it to Daphne dipping Fred to live with scooby doo and frick a dozen of puppy-human abominations into existence.
There are also like 10 different threads talking about it or its related | aftermath on /co/

This whole thing looked so wannabe subversive to me. Anyone under 30 only even knows Chip and Dale if they're a Kingdom Hearts autist. Who cares if they changed everything for a quick laugh? Something like Shrek worked because self serious Disney stuff still existed, what is this the funny answer to?
But I underestimated the butthurt of cartoon fans, I was wrong, they managed to make "haha we turned Chip and Dale into a joke" into effective trolling. Jfl
There was also salt about the "2d" character being cel shaded 3d, I choose to believe this was also done to frick with neckbeards.

That series came to Denmark in early 2000's I think. They are still sending it, on national tv, between 19-20 on Fridays which is like the hour of disney cartoons ever kid watches
