I hate that the only real solution offered is calling the police, when the police in the US have the track record that they do. I live in St Louis, I don't trust the police here as far as I can throw them, there's been numerous cases of them brutalizing and killing people who were breaking way less laws than a drunk driver.

Yeah let's call the social workers on someone going 55 on the wrong side of the road.
