Why do so many neurodivergent people end up in these kinds of relationships? "I have trouble understanding people so I'll make my life and relationships much more complicated by dating 2 people at the same time".

I know someone like this. They're so neurodivergent they can barely string a sentence together on stuff they don't care about, and they don't have very much empathy.


I figured if you're like that, dating you is a nightmare because you'd never be able to meet anyone's needs. But maybe if you're in a group of 5 other spergs, it feels more manageable because 5 spergs could almost be equivalent to 1 functioning human
