But it does, while the true heart of oppression is between rulers and their subjects since Marx himself it is acknowledged that certain demographics are forced into lower social classes because they don't have the blood relations to the rulers to elevate themselves and the law enforcement agencies racially profile people based on their race to be lower class acceptable targets for abuse because their unlikely have the funds to fight back.
