I was a mod there a few years ago. Basically you use a 3rd party app called Toolbox. If a top-level comment is off topic or whatever, you can use a "nuke" feature to remove it and all responses.
50-500 removals at a time. Very easy to rack up the monthly "high score" and blend in. I think I came in 2nd place a few times out of their 1600 moderators.
It takes about 15 minutes.

No amount of "the science" or "data" will ever make me change my views on the lived experience of spending my freshmen year summer working minimum wage with a 3.5gpa while some 6/10 girl in my class who dropped calc and didn't even know what the difference between an int and a float was working for $40/hr at Intel.
Most internship groups at local companies would post their group pictures and it would almost always be 100% 'diverse'/female with one token white guy from the honors college with a 4.2gpa and was making the same amount as all the other people.
When people ask how I ended being a soulless financeoid it was definitely dealing with that shit for 4 years.
