So Iβm driving down a two-lane road in the woods and a Passat pulls up behind me and starts flashing his brights in my rear-view mirror. Keep in mind I always go over the speed limit, so I wasnβt holding up traffic or anything.
I pull over, thinking thereβs something wrong or heβs trying to tell me something. Iβve had a car catch fire before so I figure better safe than sorry.
The dude pulls up next to me and says βWhat!?β
I say βWhy were you flashing your brights at me?
He responds βMy wife passed (in the other direction) and I was saying hi to her you idiot!β And then quickly drove off.
He also had a child seat in the back seat.
My question is, would I be justified killing him? I followed him and am down the street from his house right now.
Edit: Iβve left but I grabbed some mail out of his mailbox and have his name, address, and license plate.
