This is the ultimate move to end the hustle and bustle menace:
It's not my fault you're too lazy to start your own country:
Rightoids now in favour of aborting helpless, infantile things:
I'm not sure if any of these Twitterinos have actually thought this through:
DDD is the rightoid version of Voldemort except they see voting for someone else as a battle:

Republicans losing Texas would pretty much ensure they never win another presidential election. I mean this won't happen, but it's stupid on so many levels

Drumpf wouldβve won in 2016 even if Texas didnβt exist as long as NH had 2k more Drumpf voters. Repubs would have to run the table in the Midwest, which is tough because there are two or more large cities in those swing states to counteract the rural areas and those rural areas are less rightoid than in the South. But itβs not impossible, especially if hard-working Americans continue voting more rightoid which would get Nevada and New Mexico back into the rightoid column

A) think there's gonna be any meaningful long term move by latinx to the GOP.
B) don't understand the GOP today is still doing worse with latinx than even bush did.
C) pretending republicans are capable of just taking the midwest despite them being at best toss ups.
B) ignored the growing urban shift in GA/AZ
The bottom line is the GOP losing texas would put them in a coffin. They'd even less favored in national elections than they already are.
What's actually happening here is ethnic minority groups are falling into the same geographical polarization whites did years ago.
The vote trends in these states are still tilted towards dems as urban growth is more relevant than rural polarization.
