Ironically all the upset foids are entirely right - this was absolutely always about controlling women. Problem is, women have chosen to respond by doing exactly what the conservatives want and then going "heh we totally owned them by not having casual s*x and evaluating our partners for marriage." It's like a sexual "you can't fire me I quit."
