Its referring to a series of altercations between rightoids and antifa at child drag shows and the like.

Most rightoids are not fascists, and most antifa are not pedos. However, antifa brainlets have classically made the "argument" that since their name and purpose implies that they are "anti-fascist", their enemies are fascists. If that logic is true, then the "anti-pedos" must be fighting pedos.
