I KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING

Someone (likely an LLM alt) has found a way to link the payment so it automatically loads without clicking on it.

What can you do? Well, it looks like an unloaded image placeholder, but the guy spamming it got y'alled for spamming. If you see it, take the -500 and use adblock to block it, which worked for me.

Unfortunately, you can no longer see the placeholder image to block it, and people are still getting hit.
